应用鼻内窥镜实施鼻中隔偏曲矫正手术的治疗效果探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨应用鼻内窥镜实施鼻中隔偏曲矫正手术的治疗效果。 方法 选取2016年1月～2017年1月我院收治的54例应用鼻内窥镜实施鼻中隔偏曲矫正手术患者的完整资料进行分析研究，采用抛硬币方式随机分配54例患者为观察组和対照组，各27例，对照组采用传统矫正手术方式，观察组实施鼻内窥镜实施鼻中隔偏曲矫正手术治疗，对两组患者治疗的临床疗效以及并发症发生情况进行观察比较。 结果 观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为100.00%，对照组为85.19%，观察组明显高于对照组，观察组患者全部获得治愈，无一例出现并发症，经过术后6个月内的随访，对照组出现鼻腔黏连2例，鼻中隔穿孔1例，血肿1例，并发症发生率明显高于观察组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 应用鼻内窥镜实施鼻中隔偏曲矫正手术能有效提高临床治疗有效率，降低术后并发症发生情况，是一种有效的手术治疗方法，值得在临床治疗中大力推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopy on the correction operation of nasal septum deviation. Methods The complete data of 54 patients who were admitted to our hospital and were given endoscopic correction operation of nasal septum deviation were reviewed and analyzed. The data collection time was from January 2016 to January 2017. The 54 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the flipping coin method， with 27 patients in each group. The control group was given traditional correction operation， and the observation group was given nasal endoscopy for the correction operation of nasal septum deviation. The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups of patients were observed， compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 100.00%， and the total effective rate in the control group was 85.19%. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group. All patients in the observation group were cured， with no complications occurred. After 6 months of follow-up visit， there were 2 cases of nasal adhesions， 1 case of nasal septum perforation， and 1 case of hematoma in the control group. The incidence rate of complications was significantly higher than that in the observation group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nasal endoscopy for the correction operation of nasal septum deviation can effectively improve the efficacy of clinical treatment， and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications， which is an effective surgical treatment method， and is worthy of widespread promotion and application in clinical treatment.

鼻中隔偏曲是臨床常见的疾病，是由于鼻中隔向一侧或者两侧弯曲而引起的鼻腔、鼻窦生理障碍，常常伴有鼻塞、头痛和鼻出血等临床症状，是耳鼻喉科常发病症，一般患者存在过往鼻外伤史[1]。传统的手术治疗方法利用反光镜进行照明，从而切除鼻中隔软骨和筛骨垂直板和梨骨的一部分，导致矫正后的鼻中隔坚固性降低，随着呼吸晃动，不利于鼻腔功能的恢复，而且手术设备比较落后，医师对患者的手术操作部位需要摸索进行，往往在术后出现许多并发症，临床治疗有效率较低。随着鼻内窥镜矫正手术治疗范围的扩展，逐渐被应用于鼻中隔偏曲治疗中，可以说现阶段鼻内窥镜下实施鼻中隔偏曲矫正手术是治疗该种疾病的常用手术[2]。本研究选取我院2016年1月～2017年1月收治的应用鼻内窥镜实施鼻中隔偏曲矫正手术54例患者作为研究对象，取得了良好的治疗效果。现报道如下。, 百拇医药(胡晓勋 付书彩)
